IAM (Identity and Access Management)
Centralized management from user management to lifecycle management
CloudGate UNO centrally manages user accounts that have been managed separately by multiple cloud services. It provides consistent management from identity management such as user IDs to lifecycle management such as provisioning and authorization.
IAM not only reduces the operational burden on system administrators, but also plays an important role as a security measure.
What is IAM?
IAM stands for Identity and Access Management, which combines and appropriately manages user IDs and access privileges required for access to the IT environment.
By centrally managing IDs managed by multiple systems and services, the operational burden is reduced. In addition, by smoothly disabling dormant accounts due to retirement, secondment, childcare leave, etc., it is possible to prevent unauthorized use and protect important information assets from threats such as unauthorized access.
CloudGate UNO’s Identity Access Management
CloudGate UNO’s IAM consists of identity management and lifecycle management.
Identity Management
Identity management is the management of information (ID) that identifies users.
CloudGate UNO can centrally manage user information such as users, groups, organizations, and job titles. You can also register, change, or delete user account information, and grant access privileges to SSO-linked cloud services.

Provisioning Function
It automates account management, which is one of the major burdens of system administrators, and makes it possible to reduce work mistakes and security risks.
When a user already created with CloudGate UNO signs in to a linked service via CloudGate UNO, the user is automatically created, updated, suspended, or deleted on the linked service side, and a new license is automatically assigned to an unused account.
